Café Lapérouse – a little slice of France in London

I’m always looking for new great restaurants, cafés and bars to explore, and living in London means I luckily have a lot to choose from.

Last Sunday I tried another of the new venues that has opened at OWO (“Old War Office”) in the heart of Whitehall, a legendary building now transformed into a destination for people like me who love traveling, great food and a luxurious continental vibe.

The Café Lapérouse is a great new French restaurant located in the courtyard of the brand new Raffles Hotel and offers the same vibe and quality as the original restaurant on Place de la Concorde in Paris that traces its origins back to 1766. The French cuisine at its best!

I had the buffalo mozzarella with tomatoes and for main I went for the Chicken with mushroom. It was absolutely gorgeous (even I actually would have loved to have even more mushrooms).

I will absolutely return to OWO and Café Lapérouse.

So are you planning a visit to London? And want to find the best French restaurant in London? Well, now you know where to go. It’s truly a taste of the good life.

And stay tuned and learn more about essential London travel tips of restaurants, cafés and where to find the best London vibes.
