How Yoga, Stretching, and Breathing Set the Tone for My Day

Mornings are my favorite time to stretch - it’s such a simple habit, but it makes a huge difference. Stretching first thing helps me maintain flexibility, prevent injuries, and boost my physical performance throughout the day. Plus, it lengthens my muscles and tendons, promoting better posture (a must for my work as a model!) and leaving me feeling tall, strong, and aligned.

Pair that with yoga and deep breathing, and it’s the ultimate way to set a positive tone for the day. Focusing on my breath helps me stay grounded and reduces any stress lingering from the day before. It’s like a mini wellness ritual that energizes both my body and my mind.

Stretching, yoga, and mindful breathing have become my secret weapons for health and wellness. Whether I’m hitting the gym, posing in front of the camera, or just tackling a busy day, these practices keep me feeling strong, focused, and ready for anything!

For me, it’s self-care at its best: movement, mindfulness, and breathing all rolled into one. And the best part? The positivity it brings flows into everything else - work, friendships, and just being kinder to myself.
