Embracing Elegance

We all deserve to feel extra elegant sometimes. It doesn’t really have to be for any special occasion, just dressing up can sometimes give that extra boost for your self-confidence.

And as always, it’s the combination of clothes, shoes, makeup and accessories that make the difference, bringing out that little extra that is you and what makes you unique.

One evening when I was in Milan, I wanted to feel extra elegant. I wanted to shine just as much as all those gorgeous buildings and classic surroundings – so I went for an outfit that felt both classy, stylish and timeless.

I chose a suave silky dress from one of my favourite brands ASOS, and paired it with a gorgeous pair of white high heel shoes. I combined this with a golden necklace and a makeup style that enhanced that feeling of fashionable European adventures. Styling the hair is also essential for a complete cohesive look, and with this outfit it felt perfect to go for a back slick look, bringing out my inner Italian movie star.

Every day can be a special occasion, so go ahead and create your own perfect look. It’s a fun and rewarding process. Who doesn’t want to shine bright in a world where too many people just walk around with their heads down?
