The House of CB Tilly Dress in Light Blue – A Spring Must-Have!

I posted about the cute white Tilly dress from House of CB, but I just had to show you the blue version of it too. I just love that colour! It’s cute in a summery way, perfect for spring – and spring is coming now, right?
